This is the biggest announcement we've made this year and have been secretly working away on this for the majority of the year!
The new era of She Rises Together opens it's doors on Monday and today we unveiled the details!
We talked about:
- our new partnership program
- what's staying the same (everything!) and what's arriving
- our new membership program and opportunities
- how we are sticking to the values of our community while expanding this beautiful connection to others in the province

- If your business disappeared tomorrow, what part would you miss the most (and which would you be happy to see go)
- What's something you've accomplished that looked successful from the outside but felt different on the inside?

Always a pleasure to come to these meetups! I learn so much and meet so many wonderful women! I love the though provoking discussions. I always bring all the information back to my salon tribe so we can continue growing and become the best we can! Charging your worth is always a hard thing for stylists - our job is so emotional. We so attached to our guests and our work and we are afraid that the guest won't like it.
I told them in our meeting today their work is worth it and they deserve to make money, they deserve their vacation and they should feel proud.
